Group travel questions
- What's the minimum group size?
- Groups often start around eight to ten travelers, which is where meaningful group benefits begin. Smaller groups are absolutely welcome — we simply plan them differently.
- Can everyone pay individually?
- Yes. Most of my groups use individual payment plans, so each traveler manages their own deposits and final payment on a shared schedule.
- Can travelers arrive early or stay later?
- Almost always. I regularly build pre- and post-trip extensions for travelers who want more time.
- Do group leaders travel free?
- Many suppliers offer a complimentary or reduced place for group organizers once you reach a certain number of travelers. I'll tell you exactly where that threshold falls for your trip.
- How early should we start?
- Six to twelve months ahead is ideal for group space, especially for peak seasons, cruises, and safari lodges.
