Travel Meets Adventure — creating memories, one journey at a time

Ways to travel

Start with how you want to feel. The destination follows.

I've never believed travel is a product you pick off a shelf. So instead of a catalog, here are the ways my travelers actually experience the world — and a little help picturing yourself in each one.

Find your way

Which of these sounds like the trip you keep imagining?

Some travelers want to slow all the way down. Some want the ship, the balcony, and a new port every morning. Some want their whole family in one place for a week. There's no wrong answer — there's only yours.

Slow Travel & Relocation Discovery

What if you could try the life before you change the life?

So many of the people I work with are dreaming about a new chapter — retirement somewhere warmer, slower, kinder to the budget, closer to the water. But moving is one of the biggest decisions you'll ever make, and a week of sightseeing can't answer it.

So we do something better. I design extended vacations that double as lifestyle exploration: several weeks or several months in one place, living like a local instead of racing between attractions. You still see the beautiful things — you just also find out what an ordinary Tuesday feels like there.

This is vacation planning, not relocation assistance or real estate services. My job is to help you experience a destination deeply enough to know, in your gut, whether it could ever feel like home.

  • Experience everyday life before relocating
  • Explore neighborhoods and communities on foot
  • Visit local markets, restaurants, parks, and gathering places
  • Learn what daily life really costs and really feels like
  • Discover whether a destination truly feels like home
  • Enjoy sightseeing and local experiences while you evaluate a future home
  • Travel at a slower pace that allows real cultural immersion and connection

Ocean Cruises

Wake up somewhere new, and never live out of a suitcase.

There's a particular kind of ease to cruising: you unpack one time, and the world comes to you. Coffee on the balcony while a new port slides into view. A day in the Caribbean sun, a glacier morning in Alaska, a European harbor at golden hour, a night market in Asia.

I'll match you to the right ship and the right pace — because the vessel matters as much as the map. Some travelers want energy and options; others want quiet decks and long dinners. Tell me which one sounds like you.

River Cruises

Small ships, town-center docks, and days that feel unhurried.

River cruising is travel at conversation volume. Fewer guests, a crew that learns your name, and a ship that ties up steps from the cathedral, the market square, or the vineyard road.

Every day feels authentic and relaxed: walk off in the morning, wander a town at your own speed, and be back for dinner while the countryside drifts past your window.

Cruise + Stay Vacations

You flew all that way. Don't rush home.

One of my favorite things to say to a client: you don't have to fly in, board a ship, and fly straight home. Add a few nights before or after and the whole trip changes character.

Barcelona before the Mediterranean. A food tour in Lisbon. A beach week after the Caribbean, a national park after Alaska, a slow Sunday in Rome with nowhere to be. Same flights, a far richer story.

Guided Tours

Bring your curiosity. I'll handle the logistics.

A well-run guided tour gives you the thing that's hardest to buy: presence. No transfers to figure out, no tickets to chase, no wrong turns at 9 p.m. with luggage.

Just a knowledgeable guide, travelers who are excited about the same things you are, and enough free time to follow whatever catches your eye.

Luxury Rail Journeys

Wide windows, a warm drink, and nowhere you have to be.

Rail travel is my favorite antidote to rushing. You settle in, the landscape unspools, and you remember that getting there was always supposed to be part of it.

Scenic train vacations across the United States and Canada, often paired with lodges, national parks, or a cruise:

  • Canadian Rockies
  • Alaska Rail & Cruise
  • Rocky Mountaineer
  • Grand Canyon Railway
  • New England & Eastern Canada
  • Napa Valley
  • Pacific Northwest
  • Glacier National Park

Reconnect

All-Inclusive Resorts

Uninterrupted time with the people who matter most.

An all-inclusive isn't really about the buffet. It's about what happens when nobody has to make a decision: the long lunches, the card games, the anniversary toast, the afternoon everyone finally naps.

Celebrate something. Recharge from something. Or simply be in one place, together, with your phone face-down.

Better together

Group Adventures

The memories you make together outlast the trip.

Families, lifelong friends, churches, organizations — or one of my escorted adventures, where I travel right alongside you. Group travel has a magic to it: the inside jokes, the photo everyone still laughs at, the story that gets retold at every holiday.

My specialty

Custom Group Vacations

Built around your people — their interests, their pace, their goals.

This is the work I love most. I design personalized group travel around who is actually coming: the grandparents who need a slower morning, the teenagers who want adventure, the friend who's nervous about flying, the reason you're all going in the first place.

You tell me the people and the purpose. I'll build the journey that fits them.

Before we talk destinations

Before we talk destinations, let's talk about you.

  • What do you dream about when you imagine being away?
  • What kind of traveler are you — slow and curious, or up at dawn?
  • How do you want to feel while you're there?
  • What memories do you want to bring home?
  • Who do you want beside you?
  • What destination has been calling your name for years?

Tell me the one that made you pause.

Whichever way of traveling stopped you as you scrolled — that's where we start. No pressure, no scripts, just two travelers talking.
